What counts as an AI ticket?
A conversation that Venus handles, for example by answering, drafting a reply or running a scenario. Conversations your team handles on their own don’t count and are unlimited on every plan. Your allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I go over my AI tickets?
Extra AI tickets are charged at your plan’s rate: €0,40 on Founders, €0,25 on Growth and €0,15 on Enterprise. If you regularly go over, a bigger plan is usually cheaper.
How many Ask Venus questions are included?
Ask Venus is the copilot your team chats with inside a ticket, for example to check an order, find past tickets or look up a product. Founders includes 500 questions a month, Growth 1,000 and Enterprise 2,000. The ticket summary at the top of a ticket, the rewrite, translate and tone buttons in the reply box, and writing a scenario in plain words don’t count as questions. Your team can follow usage on a meter in Settings and gets a warning at 80%.
What happens if my team asks Venus more than that?
Nothing stops. Every 10 extra questions count as one AI ticket: from your plan’s AI tickets first, then at your plan’s extra-ticket rate.
Do you charge per agent?
No. Every plan includes unlimited agents and inboxes, so your whole team can work in Thynex.
Can I try Thynex first?
Yes. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, so you can connect your store and review Venus’s drafts before you pay. The trial includes 250 AI tickets and 500 Ask Venus questions. A trial isn’t billed, so Ask Venus pauses once those 500 questions are used.
How am I billed?
Monthly, by card. If you installed Thynex from Shopify, your subscription is billed through Shopify instead.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If Thynex isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription and we’ll refund your first month in full.
Are prices including VAT?
No. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
